Job Summary
Conduct store opening and closing procedures while selling retail merchandise and maintaining shop appearance. Process purchase transactions via point of sale system, properly account for all monies, and ensure the Gift Shop remains neat and tidy. Exemplify high standards of guest service by welcoming customers, providing product knowledge, and professionally referring concerns to the Retail Manager. Maintain good guest relations and perform other duties as assigned. Requires a Gaming License, flexibility for 24/7 shifts including holidays and weekends, and a High School Diploma. Native American hiring preference applies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- 21 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, email, and internet
- Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 work environment, including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency
Desired Qualifications
- One year of prior experience in sales and guest services
