Job Summary
Greet customers, build relationships, and meet daily sales goals through personalized recommendations and genuine hospitality. Maintain a shoppable space by recovering floors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. Process register transactions, share Loyalty program benefits, and ensure the sales floor remains clean and organized. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, with schedules dependent on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

- Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues

- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
- You can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
- You can handle electronic devices with no problem
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours

Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year of selling or customer service experience preferred
