Job Summary
Greet customers with a warm welcome, make eye contact, and engage in friendly conversations to build relationships and drive sales. Maintain a shoppable space by recovering floors and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. Review daily sales goals, learn about new arrivals and promotions, and use handheld equipment to process register transactions. Finish strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits and ensuring customers have everything they need. This role requires standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting up to 25lbs, and working flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Meeting daily sales goal challenges

- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
- You can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
- You can handle electronic devices with no problem
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
