Job Summary
Retail Selling Colleague blending selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You’ll understand each customer’s needs, offer personalized recommendations, connect them with the right products and services, and drive selling performance through customer engagement. You’ll help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting, greet customers, build relationships, review sales goals, stay informed on arrivals and promotions, and end interactions by thanking customers and sharing loyalty program benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Meet daily sales goal challenges
- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
- Work on your own but are great with team dynamics
- Handle electronic devices with no problem
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
