Job Summary
Beauty-focused Retail Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and expert product guidance across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances. Build personalized client relationships, customize product recommendations, conduct demonstrations, drive sales and promote loyalty programs, assist with stock/inventory, participate in in-store beauty workshops (may lead), and share customer feedback for continuous improvement. Must stay current with beauty trends, communicate effectively, and work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in beauty
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly including weekends and evenings
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty certification is a plus
- 1-2 years of direct experience
- Advanced authority and expertise in a specific brand is preferred
