Job Summary
Greet customers, discuss merchandise requirements, and take orders while maintaining high product knowledge and professionalism. Replace stock, rotate inventory, and ensure accurate transactions and display standards. Assist with store maintenance, answer phone calls, and resolve customer issues by explaining situations and adhering to health and safety regulations. Adapt communication styles to deliver information effectively while abiding by all company policies. Work any shift, including nights, holidays, and weekends, Monday to Sunday, in partnership with management to maximize store sales.
Required Qualifications
- Must provide a copy of completed Cannabis Retail Certification - CannSell License
- Must provide a copy of clean Criminal Background Check prior to start date
- Minimum 2-3 years of Retail Experience in sales and customer service required
- Must have knowledge of and passion for cannabis and accessories
- Must be available for shift work according to business needs, Monday to Sunday
- Must be available to work nights, holidays and weekends and different locations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player mentality
- Ability to compute basic mathematical problems
- Attention to detail
- Desire to educate customers and the community about the benefits associated with cannabis use without giving medical advice
Desired Qualifications
- A valid First Aid certification is considered an asset
