Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Lead the department by assisting and mentoring colleagues while establishing strong product knowledge to sell RVs and promote warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships. Maintain store appearance through stocking and general housekeeping duties, cross-train as needed, and perform other miscellaneous tasks assigned. This commission-based role offers uncapped earnings, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and benefits like PTO, 401(k), and medical coverage. Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekends
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
- Ability to hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Ability to perform periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
