Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management while establishing strong product knowledge to sell items and promote company programs like warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships. Lead the department by assisting and mentoring colleagues, maintaining store appearance through stocking and general housekeeping, and cross-training for other duties as assigned. Perform miscellaneous tasks as directed while maintaining a professional demeanor. This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and periods of standing or bending. Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekends
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
- Ability to hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
