Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate at Camping World, you will provide excellent customer service, assist and mentor colleagues, promote company programs, and maintain store appearance. Key responsibilities include effective communication, promoting warranty sales and memberships, establishing product knowledge, and performing various duties as assigned. A high school education or equivalent is required, alongside superior customer service skills and prior retail experience preferred. You must demonstrate a professional work ethic and flexible scheduling abilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to establish strong product knowledge and sell to customers
- Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
- May hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
- Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Retail experience preferred

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
