Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management while establishing strong product knowledge to sell items and promote company programs like warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships. Lead the department by assisting and mentoring colleagues, maintain store appearance through stocking and general housekeeping, and cross-train to perform other assigned duties. This role requires a high school education, previous retail experience, and the ability to work flexible evening and weekend shifts while lifting up to 50 lbs. Full-time associates receive medical, dental, and vision coverage alongside tuition reimbursement and on-the-job training.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekends
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
- Ability to work with periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
