Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service while communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Lead department operations by assisting and mentoring colleagues, and consistently promote company programs including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships. Establish strong product knowledge to sell to customers and maintain store appearance through stocking and general housekeeping duties. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned, including cross-training for varied responsibilities. This commission-based role offers uncapped commissions, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and benefits such as PTO, 401(k), and medical coverage for full-time associates.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekends
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
- Ability to hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Ability to perform periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
