Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service while establishing strong product knowledge to sell RVs and promote company programs like warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, and lead department efforts by assisting and mentoring other team members. Maintain store appearance through stocking and general housekeeping duties, with flexibility to cross-train for other assigned tasks. Handle physical demands including lifting up to 25 lbs or 50 lbs with assistive devices, and work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekends
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
- Ability to work with periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
- Ability to maintain the appearance of store which may include stocking and performing general housekeeping duties
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Retail experience
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
