Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service while establishing strong product knowledge to sell RVs and promote warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships. Lead the department by assisting and mentoring colleagues, maintaining store appearance through stocking and housekeeping, and cross-training for other duties. Communicate effectively with customers, management, and peers while maintaining a professional demeanor. Work flexible retail schedules including evenings and weekends, lifting up to 50 lbs with assistive devices as needed. Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekends
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
- Ability to work with periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
- Ability to maintain the appearance of store which may include stocking and performing general housekeeping duties
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Retail experience
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
