Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management while promoting company programs like warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships. Maintain store appearance through stocking and general housekeeping duties, and lead the department by assisting and mentoring colleagues. Establish strong product knowledge to sell to customers and perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned, including cross-training for additional responsibilities. Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic while working a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
- Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekends
- Must be able to hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
- Ability to tolerate periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Retail experience
- Superior customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
