Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Lead the department while assisting and mentoring colleagues, and establish strong product knowledge to sell items including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships. Maintain store appearance through stocking and general housekeeping duties, and cross-train to perform other assigned tasks. This commission-based role offers uncapped commissions with a total annual compensation range of $30,000 - $60,000 or more. Full-time associates receive medical, dental, and vision coverage alongside paid time off, while part-time staff gain access to dental and vision.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekends
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
- Ability to work with periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
- Ability to maintain the appearance of store which may include stocking and performing general housekeeping duties
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Retail experience
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
