Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Lead the department by assisting and mentoring colleagues while consistently promoting company programs such as warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships. Establish strong product knowledge to sell to customers and maintain store appearance through stocking and general housekeeping duties. May cross train to perform other assigned duties. Requires high school education, previous retail experience, and the ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends. This role supports Camping World's mission to serve RV consumers through a national network of dealerships and service centers.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
- Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekends
- Must be able to hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Ability to perform periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
