Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Lead department operations by assisting and mentoring colleagues while promoting company programs including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships. Establish strong product knowledge to sell to customers and maintain store appearance through stocking and general housekeeping duties. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned, including cross-training for varied responsibilities. This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
- Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekends
- Must be able to hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Ability to work periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Retail experience
- Superior customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
