Retail Sales Associate - Camping

Provide outstanding customer service, generate sales, stock and merchandise the camping department, maintain a clean and organized area, and safeguard company assets. Be a resource on camping, hiking, backpacking and related gear; educate customers on brands North 40 sells. Work all scheduled shifts Mon-Sat 7am–7pm and Sun 9am–5pm with possible weekend/holiday variations. Must be able to multitask, prioritize, engage with customers regularly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively communicating. Physical role includes lifting up to 65 lbs and standing for long periods.
