Job Summary
Greet customers, deliver personalized product education, and guide shoppers through fitting and gait analysis services. Maintain a welcoming environment by managing daily merchandising, cleaning, and sales floor stock replenishment. Perform accurate POS transactions, participate in inventory processes including receiving and counting, and support store events and activations as needed. Communicate effectively with store leadership and teammates to support store goals while demonstrating regular, dependable attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work two to three shifts a week, including evenings and weekends
- Moderate computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new computer programs
- Accurate POS and inventory counting abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company and with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening through concise, clear verbal and written communication
- Keen attention to detail in executing tasks while understanding broader store and business needs

Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant retail experience preferred
- Passionate participation in Brooks' sports activities a plus, overridden by the ability to understand and empathize with the runner in order to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community
