Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximize personal sales results by cultivating genuine connections where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued. Generate leads for current and future Bonobos business while consistently achieving personal sales goals. Work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This Guide role supports the one-on-one, appointment-based service model at the Westchester Guideshop, offering customers an alternative to the web-based store with expert fit advice and a full wardrobe of better-fitting men's clothing.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales or relevant experience
- Knowledge of men's fashion, fabrics, styles, and fit
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
