Job Summary
Greet customers with a warm welcome, offer personalized product recommendations, and drive sales by engaging shoppers on the sales floor and in the fitting room. Maintain a shoppable environment by recovering the floor, updating signs and pricing, and ensuring merchandise is organized. Process register transactions using handheld equipment and cash registers while sharing Loyalty program benefits and closing interactions with sincere thank-yous. Collaborate with teammates to support one another and meet daily sales goals. Part-time colleagues are scheduled 12-24 hours per week, including weekends, with hours dependent on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Meeting daily sales goal challenges
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
- You can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
- You can handle electronic devices with no problem
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
