Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Bob’s Discount Furniture responsible for delivering world-class service and helping customers bring home design dreams to life in a high-energy, team-centered environment. You’ll engage customers, leverage product knowledge and consultative selling techniques, use POS and digital tools, collaborate with teammates, follow up with clients, and adapt to flexible retail schedules while supporting a gimmick-free, customer-focused experience. Previous retail or commission-based sales experience is a plus; bilingual abilities and a passion for home décor are valued. The role includes standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and contributing to a positive, inclusive culture within a fast-growing omni-channel retailer.
