Job Summary
Help customers bring home design dreams to life by delivering service in a low-pressure, gimmick-free atmosphere. Engage clients through active listening and relationship building while applying product knowledge to guide them on furniture and bedding selections. Collaborate with the team to solve problems and meet sales goals using digital tools and point-of-sale systems. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working flexible retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will earn an hourly advance with uncapped commissions, with first-year earnings typically ranging from $45,000 to $65,000.
