Job Summary
Conduct daily customer engagement and active listening to help clients bring home design dreams to life. Deliver consultative selling and product knowledge application while building relationships and following up on client needs. Utilize digital tools and point-of-sale systems to manage transactions and maintain organizational skills for time management. Demonstrate problem-solving and goal orientation in a high-energy retail environment, adapting to flexible schedules and showroom movement. Requires physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule
- Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail or commission-based sales experience
- Bilingual communication skills - English/ Spanish
- Passion for home design and interior décor
- Experience with customer relationship management tools or systems
