Job Summary
Beauty Expert at Bluemercury drives sales through personalized service, provides extensive product knowledge across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances, conducts product demonstrations and occasionally leads in-store beauty workshops, and builds strong client relationships. Responsibilities include tailoring recommendations to individual client needs, promoting loyalty programs and events, supporting inventory and store presentation, sharing feedback with management, and staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty certification is a plus
- 1-2 years of direct experience in retail
- Proven experience in retail, preferably in the beauty industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
- Stays current with trends and products
- Advanced authority and expertise in a specific brand is preferred
