Job Summary
Engage with customers to educate them on AT&T products and services, guiding them through the buying process while meeting personal performance goals and company standards. Deliver outstanding customer service to help clients make informed decisions, participate in daily marketing activities to maximize sales opportunities, and maintain a clean, energetic work environment. Develop skills through ongoing training to support team goals and prepare for management opportunities. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in an energetic retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
