Retail Sales Associate Bikes & Fitness

Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support a positive shopping experience. Maintain and present merchandise per floor sets, signage, and inventory standards; promote programs such as customer loyalty, warranty sales, and private-label credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; uphold confidentiality and create an inclusive store environment. Collaborate with teammates and support the store across tasks as needed. Responsibilities also include maintaining merchandising standards, managing price changes, inventory replenishment, and following company policies. Possess or develop strong product knowledge, customer-service focus, and ability to stand and perform physical tasks (standing up to 4 hours, lifting 15–35 lbs, and working at heights with ladders when required). Qualifications emphasize prior retail or customer-focused experience; a willingness to engage customers and contribute to a high-energy, athlete-driven environment.
