Job Summary
As a Bluemercury Retail Beauty Expert (BE) at Bethesda Row, you will drive sales and enhance customer experiences through deep product knowledge across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances. You will build personalized client relationships, provide expert beauty advice and demonstrations, tailor recommendations, and promote loyalty programs and upcoming events. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, supporting inventory and store presentation, leading or co-leading in-store beauty workshops, collecting customer feedback for continuous improvement, and staying current with beauty trends. A flexible schedule including weekends and evenings and proven retail experience are required, with a high school diploma or equivalent; beauty certification is a plus.
