Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Pull-A-Part responsible for guiding customers through the parts yard, assisting them to identify parts using digital tools, processing cash and card transactions, handling car titles and paperwork, and communicating promotions and events. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting customers, finding parts, maintaining store and yard cleanliness, providing friendly service, supporting teammates, and upholding core values (Respect, Help, Learn & Grow). Bonus skills include automotive parts knowledge and bilingual English/Spanish; the role requires the ability to work indoors/outdoors and to lift up to 50 lbs. The position is based in Charlotte, NC, with availability for weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
- Confidence using computers, kiosks, and mobile devices
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Reliable transportation
