Retail Sales Associate provides excellent customer service as the first point of contact with customers, maintains the sales floor, and supports management in a fast-paced store. Responsibilities include processing sales transactions at the POS, handling cash and calculator-based math, merchandising and displaying merchandise, operating with a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays, assisting donors, and communicating OVGI’s mission to customers. The role entails performing store housekeeping, maintaining dressing room standards, and executing store security procedures while assisting donors outside the store as needed.
