Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate, transform store guests into loyal customers. You guide guests as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about Ashley’s products. You help guests discover styles that reflect their lives and design rooms they will love. You deliver world-class service, maintain a welcoming front-desk presence, process sales orders with cash handling protocols, assist with credit applications and financing, address customer concerns, support opening/closing duties, participate in inventory and loss-prevention procedures, meet and exceed sales goals, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy environment through proactive and engaging communication.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
