Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you will transform store guests into loyal customers by acting as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products. You’ll provide a world-class service experience, maintain a welcoming front desk presence, process sales orders, assist with credit applications and financing, and ensure proper cash handling. You will address customer concerns, assist with opening/closing activities including cash reconciliation, support inventory management and loss prevention, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals aligned to KPIs and performance standards. Additional tasks may be assigned by management to support a high-energy, customer-centric environment.
