Job Summary
As Retail Sales Associate, you guide store guests, turning them into loyal customers by showcasing Ashley’s home furnishings with enthusiasm and expertise. You’ll help guests discover styles that reflect their lives, assist with financing matters, manage cash handling, support inventory and loss prevention, participate in opening/closing duties, and strive to meet or exceed sales KPIs in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll engage with guests to provide world-class service, maintain a welcoming front desk presence, document transactions, and contribute to a positive store experience. Must be 18+, able to lift 25 lbs, and legally authorized to work in the US. On-site in Saint Peters, MO.
