Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture; transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products. Responsible for delivering world-class service at the front desk, processing sales orders, assisting with credit applications and financing, maintaining cash-handling procedures, supporting inventory and loss prevention, and helping meet and exceed sales goals. Requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays and strong customer-focused communication to enhance the in-store experience.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
