Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate, transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them as the expert on home furnishings. You create inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about Ashley’s products, helping guests discover styles that reflect their lives and design rooms they will love. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service at the front desk, processing sales orders with proper cash handling, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, supporting opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation, aiding inventory management and loss prevention, and meeting/exceeding sales goals and KPIs through proactive engagement and a positive, energetic attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
