Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture: transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through Ashley’s home furnishings as the expert on products. Create inspiration and excitement, help guests discover styles that reflect their lives, and support customers with financing matters and cash handling. Maintain a welcoming, professional presence at the front desk, process sales orders, assist with inventory management and loss prevention, participate in opening/closing activities, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals aligned to KPI standards. The role requires delivering world-class service in a fast-paced environment and a focus on exceptional customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
