Retail Sales Associate responsible for delivering world-class service, guiding guests to Ashley’s home furnishings, and creating an inspiring shopping experience. You’ll handle sales transactions and financing matters, maintain a welcoming front desk presence, assist with credit applications, participate in inventory and loss-prevention procedures, meet and exceed sales goals tied to KPI standards, and support store opening/closing activities. Key skills include customer service excellence, effective communication, teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to motivate customers through product knowledge and brand messaging.
