Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate, you guide store guests to Discover Ashley’s styles and help design rooms they will love. You deliver world-class service, maintain a welcoming front-desk presence, process sales transactions with cash-handling protocols, assist with credit applications and financing as needed, and document sales activities. You independently address guest concerns, participate in opening/closing activities including cash reconciliation, support inventory management and loss prevention, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals aligned to KPI standards. The role requires the ability to lift 25 lbs, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and a customer-focused, enthusiastic approach to lifestyle retail in a fast-paced environment.
