Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture helps guests transform into loyal customers by acting as the store’s expert on home furnishings, guiding guests to discover styles that fit their lives, and delivering world-class service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, assisting with credit applications and financing, handling cash per protocols, addressing customer concerns, supporting opening/closing duties and daily cash reconciliation, participating in inventory and loss-prevention activities, meeting and exceeding sales goals aligned to KPIs, and performing additional management-assigned tasks. Requires 18+ with legal US work authorization, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays), high school level education (preferred), and 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
