Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture responsible for transforming store guests into loyal customers by acting as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and enthusiasm, helping guests discover styles, and guiding them toward rooms they will love. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service at the front desk, processing sales orders with cash handling, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, assisting with opening/closing activities including cash reconciliation, supporting inventory management and loss prevention, meeting and exceeding sales goals (KPI), and performing additional tasks as assigned. Requires ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and being legally able to work in the US with at least 18 years old and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
