Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture front-end role where you guide store guests, demonstrate Ashley’s home-furnishings expertise, create inspiration, and drive sales in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service at the front desk, processing sales orders and financing matters with proper documentation, addressing customer concerns, assisting with opening/closing and cash reconciliation, supporting inventory and loss-prevention procedures, and meeting/exceeding sales KPIs. Ideal candidate is outgoing, service-oriented, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
