Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture guides store guests as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about products. You help guests discover styles that reflect their lives and assist with rooms they will love. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service, processing sales orders and cash handling, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, aiding in opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation, supporting inventory and loss prevention, meeting/exceeding sales goals, and undertaking tasks from management. Key skills include strong customer interaction, engaging communication, adaptability to flexible hours (including weekends and holidays), and a focus on exceptional service and satisfaction. Qualifications include being legally authorized to work in the US, at least 18 years old, and high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), with 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
