Retail Sales Associate responsible for transforming store guests into loyal customers by delivering world-class service, guiding guests through Ashley’s home-furnishings offerings, helping them discover styles that reflect their lives, processing sales orders with cash handling protocols, assisting with credit applications and financing as required, addressing customer concerns, assisting with opening/closing activities, supporting inventory and loss-prevention procedures, and aiming to meet/exceed sales goals and KPIs in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
