Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture responsible for transforming store guests into loyal customers by providing world-class service, guiding customers to discover Ashley’s home furnishings, processing sales orders with cash handling, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, assisting with opening/closing and inventory checks, supporting loss prevention, and meeting/exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Requires ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays and a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) with 1 year customer service or sales experience (preferred).
