Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture — transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through home furnishings, creating inspiration, and helping design rooms. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service, processing sales transactions with cash handling protocols, assisting with financing applications, addressing customer concerns, assisting with opening/closing procedures, supporting inventory and loss prevention, meeting sales goals and KPIs, and performing additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications include being legally eligible to work in the US, 18+ years old, ability to lift 25 lbs, preferred high school diploma and 1 year of customer service/sales experience, and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
