Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, responsible for transforming store guests into loyal customers by acting as the expert on home furnishings, guiding guests to discover styles that reflect their lives, and delivering a world-class service experience. Duties include maintaining a welcoming front-desk presence, processing sales orders, handling cash, assisting with financing applications and documentation, addressing customer concerns, participating in opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation, supporting inventory and loss prevention, meeting/exceeding sales goals and KPIs, and completing additional tasks as assigned. Requires engagement with customers, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and availability including weekends/holidays; legal eligibility to work in the US and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
