Retail Sales Associate

Transform store guests into loyal customers as the in-store expert on home furnishings. Guide guests to discover styles that reflect their lives, create excitement about Ashley’s products, and manage sales transactions with attention to cash handling, financing matters, and documentation. Participate in store opening/closing activities, assist with inventory and loss-prevention procedures, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Must be legally eligible to work in the US and at least 18 years old; flexible hours including weekends and holidays; strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of lifting up to 25 lbs; previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
