Job Summary
Guide store guests into becoming loyal customers by providing outstanding service, maintaining a visible presence at the front desk, and engaging them cordially. Accurately process sales orders, handle credit applications, and address concerns independently while meeting sales goals and aligning with KPIs. Support store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation, inventory management, and loss prevention procedures. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Maintain reliable attendance

- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
