Job Summary
Process sales orders, handle cash transactions, and assist customers with credit applications while maintaining accurate documentation. Provide outstanding service by greeting guests at the front desk, addressing concerns independently, and guiding them through product selection to help them design rooms. Support store operations by managing opening and closing activities, performing cash reconciliation, and participating in inventory checks and loss prevention procedures. Meet and exceed sales goals aligned with performance standards while adhering to all company protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Maintain reliable attendance
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
