Job Summary
Process sales orders accurately while adhering to cash handling protocols and aiding customers with credit applications and financing. Maintain a welcoming presence at the front desk, engaging guests to guide them in discovering styles that reflect their lives. Support store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and inventory management checks, while independently addressing customer concerns. Meet and exceed sales goals aligned with KPIs and performance standards. Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Maintain reliable attendance
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
